The most consistent runner in the race — and arguably on the entire card. Form of 60→78→62→72→66 is extraordinary: five consecutive runs above 60 with peaks of 78 and 72. At A6 level, this is elite output. She's a Closer (EP50, CS55) with the best speed in the field (63), meaning she has enough early pace to stay in touch and enough speed to overhaul the leaders in the closing stages. From T3 — the second-best trap at A6 (19.55%) — she avoids the rail traffic and has a clean path through the bends. Track suit 44 and suit mean 41 are solid. The only knock is trainer Steward at 18% — well below the Whitton runners. But when the form is THIS consistent, the trainer signal is secondary. Galaxy doesn't need Steward to place her perfectly; she produces regardless.
DANGER: P62 + CS100 + Whitton 34% + best suit is a fearsome combination ON PAPER. But 58→57→23→44→44 shows declining form. If she returns to her 57-58 level she wins; the question is whether she will.
DANGER: Best trap (T6 21.80%) + Hurlock strong at A6 + improving form peaking at 72 + best suit. Could upset if she reproduces that last-run 72 peak.
Whitton's third string in this race — 11 points behind the leaders with the weakest suit in the field. T1 rail helps but not enough.
Will lead early (Bend 57) but CS21 at 415m means she's giving ground back through every subsequent bend. Two P62 Closers behind her will catch her.
T6 leads A6 at 21.80% from 445 runs. T3 second at 19.55%. Interestingly, R2 composite (21.03%) actually outperforms R1 (19.63%) at A6 — upsets are common. S A Saberton 35.71% (10/28) and D K Hurlock 31.58% (6/19) are the hot trainers.
