Swift Agile is the class act of this A4 field by a significant margin. AvgP 73 is 11 points above the field average of 62 — well beyond the 6-point threshold for class override. Speed 61 is the best in the field by 8 points. Form is spectacular: 65→73→52→76→100, including a 100 (!!!) performance that is elite at any grade. The 52 was a blip but otherwise she's consistently operating at 65-100 level, which is A1-A2 quality running in an A4 race. P D Burr at 22% trains her — a reliable handler at Romford with 27.3% win rate in A2 conditions. Track suitability 58 is strong. The only concern is her pure Closer profile — EP 0, CS 100 — at tight Romford where closers face structural disadvantage. But the class override principle applies emphatically here: with 11 points of buffer, she can be last at the first bend by 4-5 lengths and still close down every runner in the race. Her speed rating of 61 means she's physically faster than anything else in the field. CD form of 5,3,4 shows she hasn't won at CD yet — but she's likely been competing at a higher grade. Dropping to A4 is a massive class edge.
DANGER: Dominant T4 trap (27.4%) + double CD winner (1,1) = the structural threat. Form decline (71→70→65→47) is concerning but the trap advantage is so massive that he can't be dismissed. If he runs to even 60-level, the trap does the rest.
Outstanding suitability (mean 48, track 62) and ideal All-Rounder profile, but form collapse (15→24→23 in recent runs) makes it impossible to trust. If she returns to her 61 level, she's a major player — but the evidence says she isn't there right now.
Consistent performer (90 consistency) with a CD win, but outclassed by Swift Agile in every Closer dimension. Will compete for minor places but the 13-point gap to the pick is too much to bridge.
Decent Closer profile with B Doyle training, but CD form 6,4,4 is a clear negative. Third in the Closer hierarchy behind Swift Agile and Tasty Turkish. Unlikely to feature at the business end.
Classic fool's gold — EP 68 and bend 58 will lead through bend 1 but CS 0 means progressive fade through bends 2-4. The CD win (in 5,1,4) was an outlier. Can be opposed despite the eye-catching early speed.
T4 is DOMINANT at A4 (27.4% from 281 runs) — 10 percentage points above expected. No other trap comes close. R1 and R2 combined account for 42.7% of winners — the top two rated dogs win nearly half the races. Front Runners win 28.6% at A4 level.
