Feora Kate has the best speed figure in the field and brings a very consistent All-Rounder profile to this contest. Her pace consistency of 97 is exceptional — she runs virtually the same race every time — and her recent efforts show her grinding out competitive finishes without ever quite getting her head in front. She placed third here over course and distance last time in a decent time, and before that she showed good form in a handicap. The obvious concern is the trap 6 draw, which is structurally poor at Nottingham at A6 level, and her suitability figures across the board are modest. She'll need her superior speed to carry her across from the widest draw and find a position through the first bend. Trainer John Llewellin has a solid 22% record at the track.
The classiest dog in the field by a wide margin, dropping from winning handicap form into the dominant trap draw — the obvious danger.
Good trap draw and decent suitability but returning from a long break with inconsistent form — needs to prove fitness.
Won at A7 but her only A6 attempt was poor — trap suitability of 4 suggests this isn't her position.
Class dropper from stronger races but very poor Nottingham suitability suggests the venue doesn't suit despite his ability.
Unproven in graded company with only trial form — faces a significant step up in class and competition tonight.
Very low composite separation — rank 2 actually outperforms rank 1 (20.1% vs 18.5%). Speed rank 1 at 22.2% from 483 runs is the strongest signal. Trap 2 is overwhelmingly dominant at 24.7% from 178 runs. Trap 6 and trap 1 are the weakest positions.
