Trainer K M O'flaherty at 30% — the strongest trainer signal on the entire Romford card tonight. At 30%, O'flaherty is in the strong tier where historical data shows 43%+ win rates when they're the best trainer in a field. She knows when and where to place dogs to win. Tip Top Ghost has the best pace consistency (87) and has been competing at A7 and A8 — now drops to A9 for class relief. Form: 44→59→49→52→52 is modest but consistent, and the A8 form (3rd, 3rd, 3rd) shows he runs his race reliably. EP 55 and bend 52 give him a forward position. The concern is T6 — trap suit 0 and T6 wins 18.09% in A9 — and his Fader CS 37 means he'll tire. But the 30% trainer placing a dog dropping in class with the field's best consistency is a powerful combination.
DANGER: Best suitability across all dimensions and proven A10 winner. If the class step doesn't find her out, she has the consistency (pCon 81) and closing ability (CS 57) to challenge. The 14% trainer is a negative but the form profile overrides it.
Minor place chance. 26% trainer and two A9 2nds are genuine positives but the 31 crash and 11 trap suit make her untrustable. Place frame if the good version shows up.
Place chance. Best EP and class suit mean she'll lead, but CS 33 Fader profile risks collapse. Will likely be involved throughout but may tire for 2nd-4th.
Against. 26% trainer from worst trap with two 35 crashes in five runs. The 68 win was at a different track. Too erratic to trust.
Against despite best trap + best speed + best CS. Form in freefall (40→37→31) is the overwhelming signal. A dog running 31 two starts ago isn't winning A9 regardless of what the condition data says.
T5 is the dominant trap at 24.40% from 250 runs — well above average. T4 is worst at 17.88% from 274 runs. R1 and R2 are close (22.03% vs 20.97%) suggesting upsets are common in A9 and the composite rankings are less reliable at this grade.
