How lay betting works
A lay bet means you bet against a dog winning. You profit when the dog loses.
Dog loses (lay wins): You win 1 unit. Dog wins (lay loses): You lose (SP − 1) units.
Lower SP dogs are safer lays (less liability if they win). Use the SP slider above to control your maximum exposure.
These strategies target dogs with structural issues — chronic trouble in running, slow away, or interference — that the market consistently overprices.
